Twitterwatch: 17 days to go

Top five and bottom five net % positive mentions on 19 April 2015

Labour’s shadow business secretary Chuka Umunna has topped the Press Association’s daily snapshot of 40 key political movers and shakers on Twitter – while health secretary Jeremy Hunt has come bottom for the sixth day in a row.
Mr Umunna scored the highest percentage of net positive mentions over the past 24 hours, during which he posted pictures of himself on the campaign trail in south London, plugged an article about his part-time hobby as a DJ, and tweeted that David Cameron “looked and sounded increasingly desperate” on BBC1′s Andrew Marr show.
By contrast the health secretary Jeremy Hunt came bottom of the chart with a net positive score of just 4%. Hunt tweeted a number of comments attacking Labour’s suggestion that the number of NHS nurses in England is set to fall by almost 2,000 over the next four years.
