Liz shows the first potential buyers around The Rovers but Michelle isn't happy when she realises that the buyer intends to move in and take over. A solicitor arrives who ensures them that his client wants to just take his share of the profits and leave everything else to them. That is enough for Steve who signs on the dotted line.
