In 1988, Bruce Willis’ image as a muscle-pumping hero was established with the release of action flick Die Hard. Both Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger had turned down the role of McClane which finally fell in Bruce’s way. He went on to reprise this role in the future sequels of the movie too.
