Man City target Delph
Manchester City are ready to pounce on a shock £10 million buy out clause in Fabian Delph's contract, reports the Mirror.
The midfielder only signed a new deal at Aston Villa in January but it has now emerged that a release clause was inserted to benefit all parties and allow Delph to move on in the summer after he helped to keep them in the Premier league.
And City are ready to meet that valuation as they seek to bolster their squad with homegrown players following the departure of a number of English players from their ranks this summer.

Spurs revive Mirallas interest
Tottenham are lining up a £7 million deal for Kevin Mirallas, who only has one year left on his contract at Everton.
Spurs tried to negotiate a swap involving Aaron Lennon during the January transfer window but could not agree a deal.
However, the Mirror reports the north Londoners are ready to go back again to try and lure the Belgian away from Goodison Park, something which could be more likely following the arrival of Gerard Deulofeu this week.
