Bob and Wave

This fresh take on the bob is fun and flirty. The trends for 2012 are starting with healthy and soft hair as their foundation. Soft shapes are created by breaking up straight lines with curls and waves. Even less edgy perimeters are created in this super cute style that is so on trend.

Bob & Wave Short Haircut For 2012

How To Style:
  1. Blow dry hair with a vented round brush or paddle brush.
  2. Blow dry the back hemisphere of hair back and the front hemisphere of hair towards the face.
  3. After hair is completely dry take vertical sections of hair and curl back and away from the face.
  4. Leave the bangs out and sweep over them with a flat iron back and away from the face to blend into the curls.
  5. Use a shine serum, rub into palms and then through hair to slightly break up curls and add optimum shine.
Recommended Hair Products:
Try Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine Anti-Frizz Serum for healthy shiny hair without the frizz. Or try Prive’s Shine serum that comes in a great small container that can travel with you to add shine throughout the day.
Best Face Shape and Hair Type:
This cut would work great on all face shapes because of its soft lines. Hair types that are ideal for this cut are clients with fine to medium thickness. Straight to wavy hair to slightly curly hair would be able to achieve this style.
Tip:
Keep hair healthy for ultimate shine. Use a deep conditioning mask once a week so hair can look its best.
