Putting out just over a quarter of the Koenigsegg’s horsepower output, with its supercharged 2.0-litre Ford engine producing 315hp, the Caterham 620R proves a small, punchy motor and low kerb weight can yield giant killing results. It beats the exotic Swede’s 2.9-second 0-62mph time.
