Twisted Tresses

This funky fun look will keep your fine locks out of your face without having to compromise on style! This style looks intricate and sophisticated, but in reality is incredibly easy to recreate.

How To Style:
  1. Begin with dry hair. Take a small section of hair (about two inches in width) and twist it so that it reaches the back/middle of your head.
  2. Gather the rest of your hair into a ponytail, being sure to include the section you just twisted.
  3. Use a very small curling iron to curl small sections of the ponytail.
  4. Take the ponytail hair section by section and pin each one to your head so that it hides the ponytail holder.
  5. Spray everything with a light hold finishing spray.
Best Face Shape and Hair Type:
If you have straight and fine hair, this look is a great option for you. It will keep your hair out of your face all day. A round or oval face shape will be complemented by this look.
Recommended Products:
If your hair has a lot of flyaways and you have trouble keeping it secured back in a ponytail, use a dab of gel or smoothing cream before you pull it back into a ponytail. I love Super Goo by Kevin Murphy!
Tips:
If you have curly hair naturally, no curling iron needed! Simply pin up sections of your already curly hair.
