What? Only 16th place for the mighty 1,001bhp Veyron? Don’t be so surprised; the V16-engined Bugatti may be one of the most powerful production cars ever, but it’s also pretty heavy, at nearly two tonnes (1,888kg). So while it excels on a high-speed bowl, the Veyron is less suited to the short straights and tight turns of Dunsfold. Still, a 1min 18.3sec lap is hardly slow…
