Ed Miliband has emerged from his North London home following Thursday's unexpected election defeat.
It has to be said he looks rather chipper considering the scale of Labour's loss. The photos, which show him alongside his wife Justine and their two sons Daniel and Samuel, are similar in tone to the famous shots of Gordon Brown leaving Downing Street in 2010 with his family.
