How to Style:
- Start by using the blow dryer to get most of the moisture out of your hair.
- If you feel comfortable blow-drying with a large round brush use that to dry sections of your hair really pulling the hair forward and rolling the hair under to get a nice flip.
- If you would prefer to use a paddle brush simply dry your whole head of hair and detail the flips with a flat iron when it’s completely dry.
Use softening products to really keep your hair protected, shiny, and healthy. Mizani Thermasmooth Smooth Guard Smoothing Serum is great to use on wet or dry hair to protect the hair from heat.
Best Face Shape and Hair Type:
This oval face shown in the picture is complimented perfectly with a side part and longer bangs. Round and square faces would also look stunning with the soft elongated layers. Straight hair, obviously, is best for all of the styles in this article but if you have a loose wave you can blow-dry and style your way to this straight look. Thick to thin haired gals would look gorgeous with this color and cut.
Tip: Purchase some strong butterfly hair clips from a beauty supply store to make sectioning your hair up while you blow-dry a breeze. You can also use a hair tie if you’re in a pinch.
Embrace your straight hair and start polishing up your look inspired by one of the amazing hairstyles shown here. Brush up on your blow-drying and flat ironing skills and you’re good to go!
