Jade was just 29 when she died on the 22 March 2009, just a short time after marrying Jack.
Speaking about the ceremony, Jack once said: "There were mixed emotions but that day was all about happiness. I still look at my wedding pictures.
"Jade really wasn't well leading up to it but seeing her find the strength to get up and dance was amazing. She found the energy to make it the day she wanted. "
Speaking about his love for Jade, he said: "I think it was because she was so down to earth. She never cared about what people thought.
"She was never scared to voice her own opinions – right or wrong. People came round to it in the end."
