OMNI PARKER HOUSE, BOSTON

This hotel employed Ho Chi Minh as a baker and Malcolm X as a busboy. Charles Dickens stayed there for two years on one of his American tours, and John Wilkes Booth stayed there a few days before heading to Washington to shoot Abraham Lincoln.
