How to Style:
- After shampooing hair with a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, apply a beach wave spray.
- Blow dry hair using a vent or paddle brush. You don’t want your blow dry to be too perfect. This look is all about texture, so make sure not to pull it too straight.
- After hair is completely dry, turn on a 1½ inch curling iron or curling wand.
- Section hair into 3, each side and back, and secure each section with clips.
- Starting in the back, drop down 1 ½ to 2 inch sections. Remembering again, they don’t need to be perfect sections.
- Wrap hair around an iron or wand, hold for 3 seconds, then drop and let cool. This may take some practice. The ends of your hair do not need to be held right to the iron. Leave enough space to not burn your fingers.
- Continue through your entire head. Once all curls have cooled, mist again with beach wave spray and flip your head over and give it a shake.
- Place curls and mist with hairspray if needed.
