Thousands of lorries are backed up for miles on their way to the Channel Tunnel on the M20 in Kent, England, as part of Operation Stack on July 31. Operation Stack forces freight vehicles to park on the motorway and wait to be loaded on to ships and trains to France because of the refugee chaos in Calais, France. These delays also affect many residents, businesses and holidaymakers.
