How to Style:
- On towel dried hair, section the area off for the designer twist.
- Based on the desired outcome, part off your first section to twist.
- To begin twist, apply a small of styling foam or styling gel to the section.
- Starting at the hairline, part off a small ½ inch section, separate the section into two equal parts.
- Twist each part and tie together (as if beginning to tie a bow).
- Next, grab another ½ inch section behind the first section.
- Separate this section into two pieces.
- Intertwine the two pieces form the first section with the two pieces of the second section by twisting then tie them together,
- After, part another ½ inch section directly behind the second section and repeat steps 5 – 6 until you reach the end of the section and secure with a rubber band.
- Part off your next section to the right or left and repeat steps 3-7.
- After twisting all the hair across the frontal section of your head, brush the rest of your hair into a ponytail using styling foam or gel directly behind he twisted section.
- Allow hair to dry under a hooded dryer.
- Once dried, form hair in ponytail into a bun by teasing hair around the base of the ponytail and then form the hair around the teased area into a donut shaped bun.
- Secure the bun with pins and spray with holding spray and shine spray for sheen.
