Don’t you just love award show season? The red carpet was flooded with beautiful people at the 87th Academy Awards! Of the many inspiring Oscars hairstyles worn, these three were our absolute favorites.

You just can’t go wrong with old Hollywood waves. We love how Chrissy wore them with a softer and less sculpted feel. The tuck behind the ear and the fringe gave the hairstyle a classic look, while the rest of her waves made it look touchably soft.





How To Style:
1. Apply thermal protection to hair.
2. Create a deep side parting.
3. Wrap sections of hair all to one direction around a medium-sized curling wand.
4. Curl the fringe area downwards and to the side.
5. Roll and set the fringe area with a pin until it completely cools.
6. Once the fringe has cooled, remove the pin.
7. Tease the roots of the fringe area, then sculpt and detail it with a comb.
8. Run fingers through the rest of the hair to break up the waves.
9. Tuck one side behind the ear.
10. Set with a finishing spray.
