Pulled Back Perfection

This simple updo is one of my favorite hairdos for long hair. It’s a look that will get your long hair out of your face without compromising how fabulous you look!

Long Brown Updo with Side Part

How To Style:
  1. Back comb dry hair at the roots. Secure it loosely back in a side ponytail, leaving out your bangs and a few pieces of hair around the hairline if desired.
  2. Curl the hair in the ponytail using a 1¼-inch curling iron.
  3. Begin taking sections of the ponytail and securing them to your head using a bobby pin. Be mindful of covering up the ponytail holder.
  4. Spray everything with a light hold finishing spray.
Best Face Shape and Hair Type:
This look is perfect if you have a ton of hair and want to get it out of your face. Thick hair will make the side bun look fuller, while fine hair will make it look smaller. This style will work well for those who have a narrow face shape.
Recommended Products:
Spraying everything with Moroccan Oil Medium Hold Hairspray after you have finished styling will do wonders to keep everything in place.
Tips:
Don’t strive for perfection here. When you are pinning sections back to create a bun, just go with the flow!
