A rounded, heavy, geometric, blunt, bang that frames the face dramatically.
How To Style:
Start with clean dry hair with a base product already in your hair. Such as styling lotion or thickening spray. You will then want to set your hair with hot rollers, or a curling iron. This is to create the volume at the top of your hair and to give the base of curls you will need to make your low side pony chignon. Section off the top, and front of your hair, so it is seperate from the front of your hair. Backcomb, hairspray, and smooth the sides and top of your hair. Gently pull all your hair softly back and off to the side. Now fasten into a low side pony. Take a one inch section of hair and pull it around your hair tie to hide any kind of hair tie or pins. You then back comb the pony and smooth the top of the section with a brush and hairspray. If the hair is too slippery you can use hair powder to add some grit. Then take the full pony that’s been combed out gently roll and twist into a soft large chignon (bun). Anchor it with bobby pins to the base of the pony and to your head for stability. Have it leaning on one side of your nape, peeking out from the back. Use more bobby pins tuck the loose ends in and spray.

Best Hair Type:
This works best with thick wavy long hair that is not to coarse.
Tip: Always start by blow drying your hair with base products. This is to prep your hair to be put up into a special occasion style. If your hair doesn’t hold a curl, use hot rollers with styling lotion and then comb out and pin up. Play with the hair until it looks and lays right. Spray hairspray on your hands and smooth away any fly away hairs. This is not an exact science, this is almost like creating a moving sculpture. Adjust it until you think it’s pretty, and you like the way you look. And then hair spray it heavily so it stays all day or night through any event.
