The Modern and Classy Chignon

I call this one a chignon, even though it doesn’t look like your typical chignon! It’s a fun twist on a classic style.



How To Style:

1. Back comb dry hair at the roots to achieve body.
2. Secure hair back into a loose ponytail on the back of the head near the nape of the neck.
3. Curl sections of the ponytail using a curling iron or wand.
4. Begin pinning sections of the ponytail up using a bobby pin. Be mindful to cover the ponytail holder.
5. Once all sections have been pinned, spray everything with a light working spray.

Best Face Shape and Hair Type:
This look is fantastic if you have fine to medium hair and you want it to appear a bit thicker. This look will flatter a narrow or oval shaped face.
