The Tiara Braid

Incorporating a braid to an updo is a great way to add interest and more detail to the overall style. This one in particular mimics a tiara!





How To Style:

1. Create a Dutch braid from one side of the head, across the top, and to the other side by the hairline or by the fringe area.
2. Secure with an elastic band.
3. Tease the crown area.
4. Secure it with a firm hold spray and bobby pins.
5. Gather all the loose hair into a high ponytail and secure with an elastic band.
6. Apply thermal protection to the ponytail.
7. Curl sections of hair in the ponytail using a small barrel iron.
8. Pin the ends of the conrow underneath the ponytail.
9. Set the style using a firm hold spray.
