Rock Chick

This choppy hairstyle screams texture. Razored ends poke and flip out all over the place from the front to the back of this amazing cut. Short, frayed bangs and choppy layers as well as the multi-faceted colors throughout keep your eye moving around the hairstyle.

How to Style:
  1. Apply some foam or light hold mousse to the hair right out of the shower to add some texture to your blow dry.
  2. Part hair to the side and simply blow your hair dry using your fingers to coax hair in the direction you want to to lay. For example, blow the bangs forward and to the side and the top crown layers back.
  3. When hair is completely dry you may go in with a flat iron to smooth some of the pieces.
  4. The fun part of this hairstyle is to add the fun flicks of texture by using some hair wax or pomade.
Recommended Products:
I love Thickening Pomade from Fat Hair. It plumps up your hair’s texture with a matte finish that thickens as you style. Fine haired clients rejoice!
Best Face Shape and Hair Type:
Round, pear and heart shaped faces would look great with this long-banged, rocking pixie. Thin to thick hair would be amazing, but curly hair would not!
Tip:
Be prepared! Keep some styling cream or pomade in your purse for any necessary touch ups throughout your day.
