Sexy and Slicked Back

How To Style:

1. Begin with dry hair that’s been smoothed with a flat iron or a round brush.
2. Apply a small amount of gel to your fingertips and dab it around your hairline.
3. Use a comb to comb the gel back about two to three inches past your hairline.
4. Use a backcombing brush to backcomb the hair in your crown. Smooth it down gently using a boar bristle brush.
5. Spray everything with a strong hold finishing spray.

Best Face Shape and Hair Type:
A haircut that doesn’t have a ton of layers is ideal for this look, however the length of your hair doesn’t make much of a difference. As long as your hair is at least shoulder length, you can make this style work! A narrow face shape is well suited for this look.
Recommended Products:
Super Goo or Undressed (both by Kevin Murphy) are two awesome products to try for this style. Undressed will be a bit lighter while Super Goo is a bit stronger and would be good for someone with thicker, coarser hair.
Tips:
A great base for this style is a good round brush! Use a boar bristle round brush and some root plumping spray to get your hair ready to create this look.
