Malik Isaac Taylor, aka Phife Dawg, a founding member of seminal hip-hop group A Tribe Called Quest, has passed away aged 45. Taylor had suffered from diabetes for many years and had a kidney transplant in 2008. The cause of his death has not yet been made public.
