How to Style:
- Apply a spray-in root volumizer to damp hair. Comb through to avoid any over saturated spots, then mist ends with a blow dry spray.
- Blow dry hair using a small round brush. This will help to hold curls and add extra volume. Lift hair away and up while drying. If you have a cool shot on your blow dryer, use it before removing the brush from ends. If you don’t have one, no worries! All you need to do is remove heat and let ends cool on the round brush for 10 – 15 seconds
- Apply a soft wax to hands and rub them together to activate. Starting at your ends, run fingers through your hair.
- If you desired more curl than you’ve created with the round brush, turn on a 1-inch curling iron. Wrap hair around iron and hold for 10 seconds. Let cool before separating with fingers.
For extra volume at the top root area, try a volumizing powder. Kevin Murphy Powder Puff helps to give lift and volume to even the finest hair. Apply to root area and rub in to activate lift. For extreme volume, backcomb slightly.
Best Face Shape and Hair Texture:
Any face shape can achieve this style and look amazing, while medium to thick wavy hair makes it easy to style.
Tips:
If your curls are falling flat, after blow drying, go back through with a 1-inch curling iron. After curling each section, pin the curls up using a pin curl clip (available at your local beauty supply). Let curls cool completely, remove clips, mist with hairspray, then separate with your fingers.
