How To Style:
Start with clean dry hair with a base product already in your hair. Such as styling lotion or thickening spray. You will then want to set your hair with hot rollers, or a curling iron. This is to create the volume at the top of your hair and the sleek waves in the pony. Section off your bangs, and curl them into a pin curl and secure with a bobby pin and hairspray. Take the rest of the hair, backcomb , hairspray, and smooth the sides and top of your hair. Gently pull and twist all your hair softly back into a low soft side pony. Do this by twisting the hair from top to bottom, bobby pinning as you twist it forward into a faux pony. Leave out a small section or sections where ever you would like to add an extra pin curl. Take the sections you have left out and roll them around your finger into a curl, like a ribbon. Hairspray the curl, place it where you want it. Then pin it to your head using bobby pins or a hair pins.

Best Hair Type:
This side pony looks and works great with fine or thick hair. It helps if the hair is a bit wavy.
Tip: Always start by blow drying your hair with base products. This is to prep your hair to be put up into a special occasion style. Play with the hair until it looks and you like the way it looks. This is not an exact science, this is almost like creating a moving sculpture. Adjust it until you like the way you look. And then hair spray it heavily so it stays all day or night through any event.
