Raw or not?

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommend that children under the age of five, pregnant women, and people with immunodeficiency problems or chronic diseases should avoid raw milk cheese. Raw milk cheeses are made with unpasteurized milk, so they haven't been treated to remove pathogens. Fans of raw milk cheeses say that pasteurization kills the flavour.
