The winter season might make you think twice before stepping out or exercising but with these hot running tips, you can beat the winter chill.

Choose the right fabric

Choose sports clothing with an inner layer of synthetic material that wick away sweat from your body. The outer layer should be of a breathable fabric like nylon, which offers protection against wind and rain by letting out heat and moisture. If it’s really cold out, fleece can be used as a middle layer for added insulation.
